Booking Procedure

1. Check Availability

Check the availability to ensure the dates you require are still available. You are able to do this here.

2. Ask any questions

If you require any further information, please get in touch by telephone or fill in our enquiry form.

3. Fill out the booking form

Complete and submit the booking form to secure your reservation. The form can be found here.

4. Wait

Wait for us to contact you with confirmation of the booking and details of additional methods of payments.

5. Deposit

The dates provisionally booked will be held for 7 days to allow you sufficient time to pay the 15% minimum deposit.

6. Receipt

The Alpine Range will in addition confirm your booking by forwarding a deposit receipt and details of any outstanding balance.

7. Balance

The outstanding balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the arrival date is less than 6 weeks, then the full balance is required at the time of booking.
